Article 1. To state article 170.8 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:
"Article 170.8. Realization of subjects to marking by excise stamps and (or) labels of the unmarked (not relabelled) goods
1. Alienation of subjects to marking by excise stamps and (or) labels of the unmarked (not relabelled) goods if their total cost at the prices specified at the seller (and if they are not specified - determined in the procedure established by the law), does not exceed fifty thousand dram,
attracts infliction of penalty in seventyfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. The same violation if the total cost of these goods at the prices specified at the seller (and if they are not specified - determined in the procedure established by the law), constitutes more than fifty thousand dram, attracts infliction of penalty in three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. The same violation if the total cost of these goods at the prices specified at the seller (and if they are not specified - determined in the procedure established by the law), constitutes from two hundred to five hundred thousand dram, is punished by penalty in eight hundred-multiple size of the established minimum wage.
4. The same violation if the total cost of these goods at the prices specified at the seller (and if they are not specified - determined in the procedure established by the law), constitutes five hundred thousand dram and more,
it is punished by penalty in thousand-two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
5. The violations provided by the first, second and third parts of this Article, made by the responsible person
are punished by penalty in three-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
