1) in Article 7:
a) regarding 2 words "The Creditor in the Statement" shall be replaced with words "The creditor in such statement";
b) add with parts 2.1 - 2.6 following of content:
"2.1. If by provision of consumer loan (loan) by the creditor and (or) the third party who is acting for the benefit of the creditor services or set of services as a result of which rendering the borrower becomes the insured face under the agreement of personal insurance signed for the purpose of ensuring obligation fulfillment of the borrower under the agreement of consumer loan (loan) under which insurer is such creditor or such third party acting in its interests the creditor in the application form established by it about provision of consumer loan (loan) are provided shall specify also information:
1) about content of this service or set of these services;
2) about ratio of the size of the insurance premium paid to the insurer under the agreement of personal insurance specified in paragraph one of this part concerning the specific borrower and the amount of other payments of whom the cost of this service or set of these services, or about the greatest possible amount of payment of the borrower including the insurance premium paid to the insurer under the agreement of personal insurance specified in paragraph one of this part concerning the specific borrower and other payments of which the cost of this service or set of these services is created is created;
