About entering of amendments and changes into the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 13, 2019

Article 1. ZR-9 "Regulations of National assembly" (further - the Law) after the words "on the website (www.parliament.am)" to add part 3 of article 5 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 with words ", other secret except for containing state or protected by the law".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 8 of the Law with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) in the cases provided by the law to propose the candidate for vacant position of autonomous body;".

Article 3. To add part 2 of article 9 of the Law with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) procedure of promotion of the candidate for vacant position of the member of autonomous body;".

Article 4. In Item 3 Articles 38, parts 1, of 3, the 6 and 7 Articles 153, Item 1 of part 1 and part 6 of article 157 of the Law of the word "on ethics of the high-ranking officials" shall be replaced with words 7 parts "on prevention of corruption".

Article 5. To add part 3 of article 38 of the Law with Item 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) question of the termination of powers of the member of this autonomous body based on the conclusion of autonomous body;".

Article 6. Regarding the 2nd article 64 of the Law:

The word "head" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 "permanent or temporary";

To add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) the body having the right to propose the candidate for vacant position of the chairman or the member of autonomous body.".
