Article 1

Item 2 of Article 39.6 to add 1) with subitem 29.1 of the following content:

"29. 1) the parcel of land to person performing commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) based on the agreement of use of the fish-breeding site which is in the state-owned or municipal property (further - the agreement of use of the fish-breeding site), for the specified purposes;";

Item 8 of Article 39.8 to add 2) with subitem 15.1 of the following content:

"15. 1) on the duration of the agreement of use of the fish-breeding site in case of provision of the parcel of land to person for implementation of the activities provided by the specified agreement;";

3) in Article 39.33:

a) add Item 1 with the subitem 7 of the following content:

"7) construction of non-capital structures, the constructions intended for implementation of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding).";

b) to add Item 2 after the words "in subitems 1 - 5" with the words "and 7";

Item 1 of Article 39.34 to add 4) with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) for the purpose of construction of non-capital structures, the constructions intended for implementation of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) on the duration of the agreement of use of the fish-breeding site.".
