About introduction of amendments to article 56 of the Air code of the Russian Federation and article 14 of the Federal law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 56 of the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2006, No. 30, Art. 3291; 2014, No. 16, Art. 1830; 2016, No. 1, Art. 82) following changes:

Item 3 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Citizens of the Russian Federation and in cases, stipulated in Item 3.1 these Articles, foreign citizens can be part of crew of the experimental aircraft provided that the commander of crew of the experimental aircraft is citizen of the Russian Federation.";

To add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. Foreign citizens in case can be part of crew of the experimental aircraft:

1) training of the foreign citizen for the purpose of receipt of the admission by him to professional activity as the crew member of the experimental aircraft;

2) accomplishment of demonstration flight of the experimental aircraft;

3) accomplishment of flight when carrying out certified testing of the experimental aircraft.".

Article 2

Bring in Item 1 of article 14 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3032; 2003, No. 46, Art. 4437; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6955; 2014, No. 16, Art. 1830; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4792; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8454) following changes:

To exclude 1) in subitem 3 of the word "or experimental";

To add 2) with subitem 3.1 of the following content:
