Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 No. 117-FZ "About accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 34, Art. 3532; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6237; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3879; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2494) following changes:

Part 3 of Article 4 to add 1) with the words "taking into account requirements of part 3 of article 12 of this Federal Law";

2) in Article 12:

a) to add the name after the word "families" with the words "or parents (adoptive parents)";

In this case payment of the money specified in Item 3 of part 1 of article 4 of this Federal Law is made less the amount of one-time charge.";
