"20. Order taking is performed in the place of implementation of the investment project from February 1 to December 15 (inclusive) the corresponding year, in the presence of funds for investment subsidizing, free from obligations, in the corresponding year (further - the Free budget).
Till July 1 of the corresponding year of 60 (sixty) % of the Free budget it is used on subsidizing of passports of projects No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, No. 8, No. 9, No. 10, No. 11, No. 12, No. 13, No. 14, No. 15, No. 16, No. 17, No. 18, No. 19, No. 20, No. 21, No. 22.
If on July 1 the corresponding year the reserved limit is not mastered, order taking continues without application of the specified limit.".
2. To provide to department of investment policy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
