1. under Article 21:

1.1. give the name in the following edition:

"Amount of drugs, psychotropic substances, and also their precursors and plants (their parts) with narcotic substances in structure cultivated illegally"

1.2. give Article 21.3 in the following edition:

"21.3. The amount of drugs and psychotropic substances exceeding quantity for the personal use and their total quantity sufficient for involvement of person to criminal liability, including large and total quantity of precursors and plants (their parts) with narcotic substances in structure cultivated illegally is established by the relevant law.".

2. repeal Article 22.2.

3. in Article 26.6 after the words "The Code about Administrative Offences of the Azerbaijan Republic" to add with words ", the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic".

4. in Article 27.2 of the word "medical certificate" shall be replaced with words "the conclusions of the medical and consulting commission".
