About introduction of amendments to article 6-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the place of residence in Ukraine"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in article 6-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the place of residence in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 15, Art. 232; 2016, No. 3, Art. 30) following changes:
in part one of the word "created by local government bodies" shall be replaced with words "created according to the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social protection of homeless persons and street children";
in part two of the word "where specified persons live" shall be replaced with words "in which social services according to the Law of Ukraine "About social services" are provided to specified persons.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of publication of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
