Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory national personal insurance of the military personnel" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 5, Article 399; 2001, No. 12, Article 736; 2005, No. 8, Article 692, No. 10, Article 872; 2006, No. 12, Article 1007; 2008, No. 6, Article 462, No. 11, Article 960; 2011, No. 2, Article 71; 2013, No. 12, Article 1491; 2015, No. 2, Article 73; 2016, No. 3, Article 415; 2017, No. 5, Article 686; 2019, No. 1, Article 33) to make the following changes:

1.2. in part two of Article 7 to exclude the word "and the military forming created according to the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic" and the this part after the word of "organization", to add with the words "other state bodies (the structure which are part of state bodies)".
