1.1. add Article 6-1 with the third offer of the following content:

"The amount paid according to this Article for the purpose of bringing the amount of the granted work pension to minimum amount of work pension is considered component of insurance part of work pension.";

1.2. add with Article 14.4 of the following content:

"14.4. If the amount of the insurance part of the work pension estimated on loss of the supporter according to article 18.2 of this Law and which is due to each of disabled family members is less than amount of social benefit on loss of the supporter established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits", then each of them has the right to receive social benefit on loss of the supporter instead of pension on loss of the supporter.".
