Due to anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, being guided by the principles of mercy and humanity, I decide:
1. Exempt from punishment for the first time the condemned women and minors if they did not commit serious crimes, and also crimes as a part of organized criminal groups.
2. Exempt from punishment of other citizens condemned for the crimes committed on imprudence to imprisonment for a period of up to 5 years.
3. Stop production criminal cases concerning persons listed in article 1 of the Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication and is subject to execution within 4 months.
