1. Bring in the Provision of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2018 No. 629-P/12n "About account management of territorial authorities of the Federal Treasury and financial bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation (municipalities), governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 11, 2018 No. 50710, the following changes.

1.1. The paragraph one of Item 2.2 to state in the following edition:

"2.2. Cash disbursement of money to the organizations, personal accounts for which are opened in bodies of the Federal Treasury (financial bodies, governing bodies of off-budget funds) is made according to the requirements established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of February 12, 2019 No. 5071-U "About rules of carrying out cash servicing by the Bank of Russia of the credit institutions and legal entities which are not credit institutions", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 15, 2019 No. 54632 (further - the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 5071-U), the Provision of the Bank of Russia of January 29, 2018 No. 630-P "About procedure for conducting cash transactions and storage precautions, transportations and collections of banknotes and coin of the Bank of Russia in credit institutions in the territory of the Russian Federation", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 18, 2018 No. 51359 (further - the Provision of the Bank of Russia No. 630-P), and this Provision, within the available balance in cash on the bank account intended for issue and cash deposit of money for the beginning of operational day or, in case of opportunity, at the time of issue according to the schedule of servicing of the organizations.".

1.2. In paragraph one of Item 2.3 of the word "Item 3.1 of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 2060-U" shall be replaced with words "Item 11 of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 5071-U".

1.4. In Item 2.5:

in paragraph one of the word "No. 318-P" shall be replaced with words "No. 630-P";

"Acceptance of cash in cash desks of divisions of the Bank of Russia from representatives of the organizations, personal accounts for which are opened in body of the Federal Treasury (financial body, governing body of off-budget fund) in case of representation by body of the Federal Treasury of the request for delivery/receipt of cash 0402108 is on paper performed according to announcements on fee by cash 0402001 according to the requirements established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 5071-U i this Provision for transfer on the bank account intended for issue and cash deposit of money.".

1.5. Add with Item 2.5.1 of the following content:

"2.5 (1). In case of representation by bodies of the Federal Treasury of the requests specified in paragraph six of Item 2.4 of this provision, acceptance of cash in cash desks of banks from the representative of the organization which personal accounts are opened in bodies of the Federal Treasury (financial bodies, governing bodies of off-budget funds) is performed according to the cash receipt order 0402008, created by the employee of bank, without submission of announcements on fee by cash 0402001.".

1.6. In paragraphs one and the second Item 2.6 of the word "No. 2060-U" shall be replaced with words "No. 5071-U", words "No. 318-P" shall be replaced with words "No. 630-P".

1.7. In paragraphs one and the second Item 2.8 of the word "No. 318-P" shall be replaced with words "No. 630-P".
