Being guided by Item 20 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" of June 12, 2018 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES: Millie's No. 1175-VQ

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public participation" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 1, Article 1; 2016, No. 6, Article 1009) to make the following changes:

1.1. in Articles 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 to words of "institutes of civil society" to add with words "legal entities and";

1.2. at the end of Article 7.1.10 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 7.1.11 of the following content:

"7.1.11. organize public hearings in connection with environmental impact assessment (EIA) and the strategic ecological assessment (SEA), and also to perform public environmental assessment according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" and to provide information on its results of competence.";

1.3. in Article 12 to the words "institutes of civil society" to add with the words "legal entities";

1.4. in Articles 15.1 and 15.2 after words "institutes of civil society" to add with the words "and legal entities".

The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About seaports" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 5, Article 464) to add with Articles 5.3-5.6 of the following content:
