About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of postponement of reduction by banks of rooms in which they perform customer service in compliance with requirements for ensuring access of handicapped national groups to the services provided by banks, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 67 Laws of Ukraine

1. Bring in item 4 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of banks" the following changes:

In paragraph one of subitem 1 of the word "within the first year from the date of entry into force of this resolution" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "till January 01, 2021";

In paragraph one of subitem 2 of the word "within the second year from the date of entry into force of this resolution" shall be replaced with words 2) also in figures "till January 01, 2022";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in subitem 3 of the word "within the third year from the date of entry into force of this resolution" also in figures "till January 01, 2023".

2. To department of licensing (Alexander Bevz) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
