About introduction of amendments to articles 67 and 98 of the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation" regarding forming and maintaining information systems of availability of preschool education

1) Article 67 to add with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. Acceptance on training in educational programs of preschool education in the state or municipal educational organizations realizing educational programs of preschool education is performed in the direction of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation exercising public administration in the field of education or the local government body exercising control in the field of education by means of use of the regional information systems specified in part 14 of article 98 of this Federal Law.";
Article 98 to add 2) with parts 13 - 28 following contents:
"13. For the purpose of collection of data on availability of preschool education, supervision and care of children the federal information system of availability of preschool education is created.
14. For the purpose of the organization of provision of public and free preschool education, supervision and care of children, ensuring provision of information to parents (legal representatives) of children about the sequence of provision of places in the state or municipal educational organizations and about the bases of changes of the sequence of provision of places is created regional information systems of availability of preschool education. Executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation for present purposes can use other regional information systems put into operation including information on availability of preschool education, supervision and care of children.
