"Article 17.1. Medical support of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies
1. Medical support of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies is performed according to this Federal Law, other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
2. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation creates the all-Russian basic (industry) lists (qualifiers) of the state services, federal lists (qualifiers) of the state services which are not included in the all-Russian basic (industry) lists (qualifiers) of the state and municipal services, and works which rendering and accomplishment is provided by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation for the purpose of medical support of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies in the conditions of wartime, conducting military (fighting) operations, accomplishment of fighting (educational and fighting), office and fighting (operational and office) tasks in the field of defense.
