Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About procedure and conditions of detention of suspects, persons accused and defendants" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 433; 2013, No. 12, Art. 883; 2016, No. 3, Art. 135, No. 5, Art. 363) following changes and amendment:
