About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning provision of the status and social guarantees to individuals from among participants of anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In part three of Article 134 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) words and figures of "Items 19 and 20" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the word and figures "Items 19 - 21".

2. In part one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes):

in Item 20:

word in paragraph one "ensuring its carrying out" to exclude;

in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "or in ensuring its carrying out";

add with Item of 21 following contents:

"21) persons who during the period before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About features of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" as a part of voluntary forming which were formed or self-organized for protection of independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out at least 30 calendar days, including on set of days of stay in areas of its carrying out, in interaction with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National police, National guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and other military forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine.
