About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning reduction of pressure upon business from bodies of market supervision

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 250 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part three of the following content:

"3. Operation of this article does not extend to the administrative sanctions provided by the laws of Ukraine "About the state market supervision and control of non-food products" and "About general safety of non-food products".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2007, No. 29, Art. 389 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 2:

the second to add part with words of "the state market supervision and control of non-food products";

the fifth to state part in the following edition:
