About modification and amendments in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly"

Article 1. In article 22 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia of December 16, 2016 "Regulations of National assembly" (further - the Law):

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Obligation of the officials specified regarding 1 this Article to be in the commission and to offer explanations, and also to answer questions of members of the commission, remains also after their dismissal if the requirement about provision of information or the invitation to be on meeting and to offer explanations was received before dismissal.";

Article 2. In article 50 of the Law:

Part 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6. If according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 51 Regulations, competence of meeting:

2) for consideration of the question provided by part 2.1 of this Article it is not provided in connection with emergency situations and also when participation of deputies in meeting of National assembly, including by threat is interfered, the meeting of National assembly is considered interrupted about what the chairman of National assembly makes the statement. In that case the meeting is convened next day at 10:00. The rules of interruption of meeting provided by this Item are applied also to the resumed meeting;

3) it is not provided, and there is no case, stipulated in Item 2 parts 6 of this Article, that special meeting is considered cancelled.";
