About modification of the "Provision on the identity certificate of the seaman" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2008 No. 541-IIIQ

Being guided by Item 10 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, DECIDES:

Bring in the "Provision on the identity certificate of the seaman" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2008 No. 541-IIIQ (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 3, Article 157, No. 10, Article 886; 2013, No. 7, Article 792; 2014, No. 11, Article 1348) following changes:

1. in Article 3 of the word "it can be issued" to replace with the word "is issued".

2. exclude the second offer of Article 7.

3. under Article 8:

3.1. in the second offer of the word "the identity certificate, the diploma about specialties, the medical certificate and the state of health, the military ID about military obligation or the attachable certificate if it is necessary, the documents confirming the personality of foreigners or stateless persons" shall be replaced with words "the certificate (diploma) on specialty and the medical certificate on the state of health";

3.2. add with the third offer of the following content:

"If for verification of the other information specified in the petition (statement questionnaire) there is possibility of receipt of information on the identity certificate, certificate of initial military registration or the military ID, the documents confirming the personality of foreigners or stateless persons by means of electronic information systems, submission of the specified documents by the applicant is not required.".
