1. under Article 21:

1.1. the second offer of part one to give in the following edition:

"Persons who are engaged in production and (or) sales of goods which advertizing is prohibited by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" cannot be sponsors.";

1.2. the fifth to give part in the following edition:

"In the periodic printing editions prepared with financial aid of the sponsor information on it shall be printed. Placement in announcements (announcements) distributed in periodic printing editions, the trademark, the name and logo of the advertiser, the sponsor is considered advertizing.";

1.3. add with part six of the following content:

"Sponsor's advertizing expatiates according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On advertizing".".

2. add article 45 with part seven of the following content:

"Confutation of the unfair, doubtful and embedded advertizing is performed taking into account requirements of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing".".
