About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of witnesses, victims and other participants of criminal trial"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of witnesses, victims and other participants of criminal trial" (the Erkin Too newspaper of September 8, 2006 No. 67) the following changes:

4) in Article 2:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. The subjects of criminal trial provided by Chapters 4-7 of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic are subject to the state protection according to this Law.";
b) recognize part 2 invalid;
5) in Article 3:
a) regarding 3 words "on control of drugs, financial police and on customs authorities" shall be replaced with words "authorized body in the field of fight against economic crimes";
b) regarding 4 words "on control of drugs, financial police and customs authorities" shall be replaced with words "authorized body in the field of fight against economic crimes";
6) in the name and the text of Article 5 of the word of "witnesses and the victims" shall be replaced with words "participants of criminal trial";
7) Article 6 to add with part 4 following of content:
