About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 463) the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the twelfth Article 4 in state language of the word "buyruk-sunushtarda" shall be replaced with words "zhazm to eskertuulord";

Paragraph two of part 3 of Article 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Depending on risk degree the authorized body determines frequency of conducting planned inspections, but no more once a year for subjects with high risk and for the objects belonging to subjects of check with high risk of energy industry, no more than two times a year - for subjects with high degree of sanitary and epidemiologic risk, no more once in 3 years for subjects with average risk degree, no more once in 5 years - for subjects with insignificant risk degree.";

3) in Article 12:

a) in part 2 in state language of the word "zhuzundoga корсотмо" in different case forms to replace zhazua respectively with the words "zhazma to eskertu" in the corresponding cases;

b) in part 3:

in paragraph one in state language of the word "zhuzundoga корсотмо" in different case forms to replace zhazua respectively with the words "zhazma to eskertu" in the corresponding cases;

add part with the paragraph third the following content:

"The order (the order, the instruction) about conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship of energy industry is approved on group of objects taking into account their territorial arrangement (basing).";

c) in part 4 in state language of the word "buyruk-sunushu" shall be replaced with words "the zhazma eskertuusa";
