Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About prevention of domestic violence" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 10, Article 836; 2017, No. 8, Article 1512) to make the following changes:

1.1. in Article 1.0.8 "mental" to replace the word with the word "psychological";

1.2. in Articles 7.0. 15.0.5 and 19.2.3 after the word "rehabilitations" to add 1, with the words "and psychological recovery";

Article 2

"8.0.12. receive free psychological assistance according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About psychological assistance".";
