Data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature are represented in the form of the reference completed with use of the special software of "the Reference of the BQ" posted on the official site of the President of the Russian Federation, the reference to which is also posted on the official site of federal state information system in the field of public service on the Internet, approved by the President of the Russian Federation.";

b) the paragraph one of Item 16 to state in the following edition:

"16. The data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature provided according to this Provision person replacing the state position of the Russian Federation, in case of granting of power on the positions (appointment, election to position) and also represented to them annually and information on results of check of reliability and completeness of these data join the personal record of person replacing the state position of the Russian Federation.
