b) add with Item 19.3 of the following content:

c) recognize Items 23.1 and 29 invalid.

Declare invalid the subitem "e" of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 4, 2016 No. 5 "About modification of the structure of State commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output on positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2015 No. 31" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 319).
