About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning questions of combining jobs of employees of foster service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The note to article 172-4 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add with words "assistants-consultants to People's Deputies of Ukraine, employees of the secretariats of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the vice-chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, employees of the secretariats of deputy fractions (deputy groups) in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056; 2017, No. 7-8, of Art. 50; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2019 No. 140-IX):

Part the second Article 25 to add 1) with words of "assistants-consultants to People's Deputies of Ukraine, employees of the secretariats of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the vice-chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, employees of the secretariats of deputy fractions (deputy groups) in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine";

2) part the sixth Article 36 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) assistants-consultants to People's Deputies of Ukraine, employees of the secretariats of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the vice-chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, employees of the secretariats of deputy fractions (deputy groups) in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine";
