About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708 "About special investment contracts for separate industries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4587; 2017, No. 1, Art. 220; No. 52, Art. 8142; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5351).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708

1. Add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. This resolution is applied only in case of change and termination of the special investment contracts signed before the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of August 2, 2019 No. 290-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Industrial Policy of the Russian Federation" regarding regulation of special investment contracts" and also in case of the conclusion of new special investment contracts according to part 3 of article 2 of the specified Federal Law in the presence of the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of such special investment contract.".

2. In appendix to the Rules of the conclusion of special investment contracts approved by the specified resolution:

a) in item 4:

state the subitem "an" in the following edition:

"a) the commission chairman is the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation or his deputy;";

declare the subitem "i" invalid;

b) in the paragraph the second Item 5 of the word of "authorized body" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (further - authorized body)".
