Article 1

In article 2.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About service in judicial authorities" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 7, Article 586; 2007, No. 1, Article 1, No. 8, Article 756, No. 11, Articles 1078, 1081; 2008, No. 3, Article 155, No. 6, Article 481, No. 8, Articles 694, 710; 2009, No. 6, Article 399, No. 11, Article 878; 2010, No. 3, Article 171, No. 4, Article 273, No. 11, Article 944; 2011, No. 2, Articles 71, 72; 2012, No. 11, Article 1040; 2015, No. 10, Article 1089; 2016, No. 6, Article 984; 2017, No. 5, Article 729, No. 7, Article 1252; 2018, No. 3, Article 398; No. 12 (I book), Article 2473; No. 5, Article 797) words of "the state judicial examination" shall be replaced with words 2019, "judicial examination".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since March 1, 2020.
