About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. – In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (Article 30 of the word "Articles 155-1 and 179," shall be replaced with words 3) "Articles 78-1, 155-1 and 179,".

2. Part (3) Article 37 to add with words ", except for offenses, stipulated in Article 781, on which the consent of person is not required.".

3. "Article 461. Cessation of production about offense in judicial session

(1) If during consideration of the case one of the bases is established, stipulated in Article 441 or part (1) Articles 445, the degree of jurisdiction stops production about offense.

(2) Production about offense can be stopped also in others, than provided by part (1), cases, only if it is determined that lack of any marks in the protocol on offense has significant effect on case on being and it cannot be eliminated with degree of jurisdiction.".
