RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to the paragraph the fourth item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2019 "About scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 197

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 1998 No. 945 "About the organization of development of the complex forecast of scientific and technical progress of the Republic of Belarus and determination of the priority directions of scientific and technical activities in the republic":

to exclude from the name of the word "and determination of the priority directions of scientific and technical activities in the republic";

in Item 1 of the word "and determination of the priority directions of scientific and technical activities are performed" to replace with the word "is performed";

1.2. in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Regulations on the scientific and technical projects which are carried out within international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of August 13, 2003 No. 1065, of the word "scientific and technical activities of the Republic of Belarus and" shall be replaced with words "scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, the priority directions";

1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282 "About the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289";
