About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Part (1) article 28 of the Law on National institute of justice No. 152/2006 (repeated publication: 2016, 387, the Art. 789), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"(1) Examination for candidates for judgeship or the prosecutor based on working life will be organized by Institute and is given the Commissions on acceptance of final examinations.".
Art. II. – Item and) parts (5) article 20 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (2016, 113), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 69-77, in the following edition:
"a) has ten years of continuous working experience in the field of the right, from them five years as the prosecutor or the judge;".
Art. III. – This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
