O modification of Item 17 of the Regulations on procedure for application of tax and customs privileges when importing vehicles of the special purpose approved by the Order of the Government No. 474/2016

The government DECIDES:

1. Item 17 of the Regulations on procedure for application of tax and customs privileges when importing vehicles of the special purpose approved by the Order of the Government No. 474/2016 (2016, 541), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 114-122, in the following edition:

"17. For use of tax and customs privileges person with restrictions of musculoskeletal opportunities or his representative represents to customs authority:

a) original of technical data sheet and its copy;

b) the original of the act of the donation and its copy containing information on the donor, the beneficiary, cost of the vehicle and about the purpose – use of the vehicle by persons with restrictions of musculoskeletal opportunities or for transportation of persons with restrictions of musculoskeletal opportunities, in case of provision of the vehicle is non-paid (donation);

c) the original of the act proving the identity of the beneficiary and its copy;

d) contract of purchase and sale or invoice or other business document;

e) the certificate on refusal of the beneficiary of compensations in exchange on the use of tax and customs privilege issued by territorial structure of the public assistance at the place of residence;

f) the declaration under own responsibility, according to appendix No. 2 to this Provision;

g) the original of the power of attorney and the copy of the identity document of the representative, – in case of implementation of transaction through the representative."

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
