1) for participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War – the data containing in the certificate of the participant or disabled person of the Great Patriotic War;
2) for Heroes of the Soviet Union, heroes of Socialist Work, gentlemen of awards of Glory of three degrees, Labour Glory of three degrees - the data containing in the certificate to award and (or) the certificate of the participant or disabled person of the Great Patriotic War;
3) for persons awarded honorary title "Kazakstannyn Garyshker-ushkyshy" - the data containing in the document, "Kazakstannyn Garyshker-ushkyshy" confirming assignment of honorary title;
4) for persons equated on privileges and guarantees to participants of the Great Patriotic War: military personnel, and also persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of the law-enforcement bodies and state security of the former USSR serving during the period the Great Patriotic War in the cities, participation in which defense was set off till January 1, 1998 in length of service for award of pension on favorable terms, the parts of field army established for the military personnel - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
of April 28, 1995 "About privileges and social protection of participants, disabled people of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them" (further - the Law of April 28, 1995); the faces of civilian structure of the Soviet Army, Navy, troops and law-enforcement bodies and state security of the former USSR holding established posts in the military units, headquarters, organizations which were part of field army in the period of the Great Patriotic War, or being during the corresponding periods in the cities, participation in which defense was set off,

persons who in the period of the Great Patriotic War were in structure of the parts, headquarters and organizations which were part of field army and fleet as sons (pupils) of regiments and ship's boys - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995; persons who were involved in fighting against fascist Germany and its allies in the years of World War II in the territory of foreign countries as a part of guerrilla groups, underground groups and other anti-fascist forming - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995; workers of special forming of the National Commissariat of means of communication, National Commissariat of communication, floating structure of the harvesting and transport courts and flight and lifting structure of aircraft, National Commissariat of fish industry of the former USSR, sea and river fleet, the flight and lifting list of Glavsevmorputi transferred to the period of the Great Patriotic War on provision of the military personnel and the operating fronts which were carrying out tasks for the benefit of field army and the fleet within rear borders, operational zones of the fleet, and also members of the crews of vessel of the transport fleet interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in ports of other states - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995; the persons liable for call-up called on training sessions and going to Afghanistan during conducting combat operations; the military personnel of the automobile battalions going to Afghanistan for cargo delivery to this country during conducting combat operations; the military personnel of aircrew making departures on fighting tasks to Afghanistan from the territory of the former USSR; the workers and employees who are servicing the Soviet military contingent in Afghanistan, got wounds, contusions or mutilations, or awarded with awards and medals of the former USSR for participation in ensuring fighting - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample, the reference from military commissariat, confirming participation in fighting in the territory of other states or the military ID with mark about participation in fighting in the territory of other states, the document, confirming work on servicing of the Soviet military contingent in Afghanistan and medical documents confirming wound, contusion, mutilation, certificates to awards and medals of the former USSR for participation in ensuring fighting; persons who were taking part in mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP in 1986-1987, other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military, and also participating directly in nuclear testing and doctrines - the data containing in the certificate of the participant of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP or the document confirming participation in mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP or other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military participation it is direct in nuclear testing and doctrines or the reference from military commissariat or Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – KChS Ministry of Internal Affairs RK), confirming the fact of participation in liquidation of radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on subjects to military or civil appointment, participations is direct in nuclear testing and doctrines;
5) for persons equated on privileges and guarantees to disabled people of the Great Patriotic War: the military personnel who became disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations received in case of protection of the former USSR, in case of execution of other obligations of military service during other periods or owing to the disease connected with stay at the front and also when passing military service in Afghanistan or other states in which fighting - the data containing in the certificate of the disabled person from among the military personnel was conducted (the disabled person of the Soviet Army about the right to privileges), the certificate of wound, contusion, mutilation, the disability, the reference from military commissariat confirming the fact of participation in fighting or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995; faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the state security agencies of the former USSR and law-enforcement bodies which became disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations received on duty or owing to the disease connected with stay at the front or accomplishment of service duties in the states where fighting - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample, the certificate of wound, contusion, mutilation, disability, the corresponding reference from law-enforcement bodies, Committee of homeland security or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995 was conducted; persons from among fighters and command structure of the destructive battalions, platoons and groups of protection of the people operating during the period from January 1, 1944 to December 31, 1951 in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR, the Belarusian SSR, the Lithuanian SSR, the Latvian SSR, the Estonian SSR which became disabled people owing to wound, contusions or mutilations received on duty in these battalions, platoons, groups - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample, the certificate of wound, contusion, mutilation, the disability, the reference from military commissariat confirming the fact of participation in fighting or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995; workers and employees of the corresponding categories which are servicing the acting military contingents in other countries and become disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got during conducting combat operations - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample, the certificate of wound, contusion, mutilation, disability, the document confirming the corresponding category and emergence of disability owing to servicing of the acting military contingents of other countries or the pension certificate with mark of the right to privileges according to the Law of April 28, 1995; persons which became disabled people owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military, testing of nuclear weapon and their children whose disability is genetically connected with radiation exposure of one of parents - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample, the reference of territorial authority of the central executive body in the field of social protection of the population about disability owing to liquidation of the Chernobyl accident or other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military, testing of nuclear weapon or the conclusion of the Central interdepartmental council on establishment of causal relationship of disease with radiative effects;
6) for parents and widows of soldiers, the dead (the dead, missing persons) who did not enter repeated scrap in the Great Patriotic War - the data containing in the certificate or the notice on death or the reference from military commissariat on death or the fact of loss without message, the documents confirming family relations with the serviceman (the marriage certficate, the certificate of birth of children);
7) for the wives (husbands) of the died disabled veterans and disabled people equated to them, and also wives (husbands) of the died participants of war, guerrillas, underground workers, citizens awarded with the medal "For Defense of Leningrad" or sign to "The resident of besieged Leningrad" who were recognized disabled people as a result of general disease, labor mutilation and other reasons who did not enter repeated scrap (except for illegal) - the data containing in the marriage certficate, the death certificate of the spouse (spouse), the document confirming disability of the spouse (spouse);
8) for families of the military personnel, the died (missing persons) or the dead owing to wound, contusions, mutilations, diseases got during fighting in Afghanistan or in other states in which fighting - the data containing in the notice or the death certificate of the died (dead), the reference from military commissariat of the fact of death or loss without the serviceman's message, the document confirming family relations with the dead (the marriage certficate, the certificate of birth of children) was conducted; families of the military personnel, the died (dead) when passing military service to peace time - the data containing in the notice or the death certificate of the died (dead), the reference from military commissariat of the fact of death or loss without the serviceman's message when passing military service to peace time, the document confirming family relations with the dead (the marriage certficate, the certificate of birth of children); families of staff of law-enforcement bodies, the dead on duty - the data containing in the notice or the death certificate of the dead, the reference from law-enforcement bodies or the document confirming the death fact on duty, the document confirming family relations with the dead (the marriage certficate, the certificate of birth of children); families of the dead in case of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military - the data containing in the death certificate of the dead, the document, confirmatory that death came in case of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military, the document confirming family relations with the dead (the marriage certficate, the certificate of birth of children); families of the dead owing to radiation sickness or the died disabled people, and also citizens whose death is in accordance with the established procedure connected with impact of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military and nuclear testing - the data containing in the death certificate of the dead owing to radiation sickness or the died disabled person, and also the citizen whose death is in accordance with the established procedure connected with impact of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents on objects civil or military and nuclear testing, the document, confirmatory that death came owing to radiative effects, the document confirming family relations with the dead (the marriage certficate, the certificate of birth of children);
9) for persons awarded with awards and medals of the former USSR according to appendix of 6 Rules of appointment and the payment of special public welfare payment approved by the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2015 No. 445 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11745) for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War - the data containing in the certificate of the established sample or the certificate to award, either the archive reference, or the service record with record about the rewarding fact;
10) for persons who worked (served) at least 6 months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945, and, not awarded with awards and medals of the former USSR for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War - the data containing in the service record or other documents containing data on work from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945, the military ID or the reference containing data on the period of military service from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945. Also treat the documents containing data on work from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945: the documents containing the data on the work periods issued from place of employment and also archive organizations;
statements from orders, personal accounts and distribution slips of the salary; membership cards or accounting cards of members of the Communist Party or labor unions;
decisions of the commissions on establishment of length of service, to destination pensions, performing activities according to earlier acting with the legislation; decisions of the courts;
decisions of the special commissions; the certificate of the right to privileges issued till 1998; the references confirming the study fact in factory schools.
11) for persons from among participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP in 1988-1989 evacuated (independently left) of exclusion zones and settling out to the Republic of Kazakhstan including children who on the date of evacuation were in pre-natal condition - the certificate of the participant of liquidation of the Chernobyl accident or the document confirming the fact of participation in liquidation of the Chernobyl accident, the certificate of birth of children;
12) for disabled people I, II and III groups, including handicapped children from 16 to 18 years – the certificate of disability;
13) for handicapped children up to 16 years - the certificate of disability;
14) for persons awarded ranks "Halyk of Kakharmana" – the document confirming assignment of rank "Halyk of Kakharmana";
15) for persons awarded ranks "Kazakstannyn Enbek Epi" – the document confirming assignment of rank "Kazakstannyn Enbek Epi";
16) for the victims of the political repressions, persons, victims of the political repressions having disability or who are pensioners - references of territorial authority of the central executive body in the field of social protection of the population (the established sample) about establishment of group of disability, pension certificates, certificates of the rehabilitated citizen or the certificate of rehabilitation from bodies of prosecutor's office, either law-enforcement bodies, or homeland security, or the judgment about rehabilitation;
17) for persons who are granted pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the certificate of the merit pensioner or the statement from the decision of the Commission on establishment of pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan about purpose of pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Kazakhstan. |
