About some additional measures for strengthening of social protection of participants of works on mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and members of their families

For the purpose of social protection of participants of works on mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

The Ministry of Health together with the Ministry of Finance since 2003 is provided in addition in the government budget for the Single program by the financial resources necessary for medical attendance of participants of works on recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP and the children who were born after April 26, 1986 from one of parents, injured participation in mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash;

The Ministry of Finance performs in priority procedure necessary transfers for payment of compensations to participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.

2. To national cash desk of social insurance to accelerate development of regulations on procedure for examination (re-examination) for disabled people whose disability came in connection with participation in recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP. Disabled people to whom disability is established for life and who received new type of the certificate will not be re-examined, and to persons who are re-examined annually the maximum group of disability is established.

3. To bodies of local public authority together with primary territorial societies of Society "Chernobyl" in the Republic of Moldova in 2-month time to constitute lists of families of participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash which need to improve housing conditions and to determine necessary expenses based on provisions of the Housing code of the Republic of Moldova and the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 405 of November 25, 1987. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of premises in the Moldavian SSR".
