About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of assessment of conformity of products

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with article 44 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products" of December 30, 2005 No. 639 the following change:

in Regulations on rules and the procedure for carrying out obligatory certification of products approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 4.6 with subitem 4.6.11 of the following content:

"4.6.11. In case of cancellation of action of the certificate of accreditation of certification body the certificates issued by it earlier are effective within terms for which they were issued, but no more than two years from the date of entering of record by accreditation body into the register of the National accreditation system of the Kyrgyz Republic about cancellation of action of the certificate of accreditation.

At the same time such certificates it can be terminated to the specified terms at the initiative of owners of certificates by other certification bodies which the applicant for the purpose of continuation of confirmation of conformity of the products addressed.".

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:
