About structure of federal executive bodies

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 2-FKZ:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 11.05.2024 No. 326

2. Abolish the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus, having transferred its functions to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is legal successor of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus according to obligations, including according to the obligations which resulted from judgments.

4. Determine that:

a) management of activities of Federal Registration Service is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation;

b) management of activities of Federal Agency for State Property Management is performed by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

5. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 11.05.2024 No. 326

6. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) provide holding reorganization actions according to this Decree;

b) determine the number of federal government employees of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in connection with transfer of functions of the abolished Ministry of the Russian Federation to it for the North Caucasus;
