About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of activities of the State bureau of investigations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the State bureau of investigations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 6, Art. 55 with subsequent changes):

"Federal executive body which performs law-enforcement activities on purpose" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 1 of the word "the state law enforcement agency to which tasks are assigned on";

Part the second Article 2 to exclude 2);

The first offer of Item 8 parts one of Article 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"8) one-man management in realization of powers of the State bureau of investigations";

4) in Article 4 part one:

6) in Article 9:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"1. The system of the State bureau of investigations is constituted by central office, territorial administrations, special divisions, educational institutions and research establishments. As a part of the State bureau of investigations investigators, operational divisions, divisions of internal control and other divisions act.

The organizational structure of the State bureau of investigations is determined by the President of Ukraine";

b) in part two of the word and figure "constitutes 1 thousand 500 people" shall be replaced with words and in figures "constitutes 1 thousand 600 people";
