About additional measures of support of development of the private medical organizations

For the purpose of further development of system of private health care, increase in availability of specialized medical care to the population of regions, improvements of investment activity of the private medical organizations, equipment by their modern high-technology equipment and component parts, and also creating favorable conditions for development of medical tourism:

1. Take into consideration that as a result of allocation through JSB Usak of target preferential resources in the amount of 28 million US dollars in all regions of the republic 286 projects on equipping are realized by the modern medical equipment of the private medical organizations.

2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of investments and foreign trade, Fund of reconstruction and developments of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Fund) about provision of JSB Usak of credit line of Fund in the amount of 50 million US dollars on support of development of the private medical organizations.

3. Determine that the credit line of Fund is provided:

at the expense of part of the not chosen funds allocated according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 16, 2019 No. PP-4290 "About measures for development of public-private partnership in the field of health care";

for up to 10 years, including 3-year grace period, with interest rate of 5 annual interest rates without margin of JSB Usak;

for financing of no more than 60 percent of cost of projects;

on acquisition of the new import medical equipment (except for cosmetology) and components to it in regions according to appendix taking into account demand analysis on paid medical services and availability in the private medical organization of the qualified personnel capable to service the acquired equipment.
