1.1. For use of natural gas categories of citizens according to the enclosed List, except for jointly the able-bodied family members living with them have the right to reduced rate (appendix 1).
1.2. In the presence of gas meters the regulation of provision of privileges on payment for natural gas is established:
* for the house owners using natural gas for heating and food preparation of 150 CBM a month during heating season and 50 CBM a month - in the rest of the time of year;
* for house owners (tenants) using gas for food preparation of 50 CBM a month within year.
1.3. In the absence of gas meters the regulation of provision of privileges on payment for natural gas is established:
* for the house owners using natural gas for otopleniya18 sq.m of the heated square a month at 1 person.
* For house owners (tenants) using gas for food preparation, privileges in the amount of 100%, 50% or 25% are provided according to the consumption rates of gas and rates operating at the time of payment.
