1. Item 3 of the Section III of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 for No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5), after the paragraph of the tenth to add with the new paragraph the eleventh the following content:

"In case of presentation of the executive document in body of the public executive service or to the private contractor on the location of property of the debtor documentary confirmation is enclosed to the application for forced execution of the decision that the property of the debtor (money on accounts) is in banks or other financial institutions (yatsyaitsya) in the territory to which competence of body of the public executive service, or within the executive district of the private contractor extends.".
