About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 149
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the State program "Small and medium entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus" for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 149, the following changes:
1.1. in part one of Chapter 5 of the word "585 million rubles" shall be replaced with words "581, 2 million rubles";
1.2. in Chapter 6:
in part ten:
add paragraph two with the words "and planned values of the summary target and target indicators established in breakdown on regions are executed by all regions";
in paragraph three of the word "from 0, to 0,9" it is at least shall be replaced with words "0,8";
1.3. add Chapter with part of the following content:
"When evaluating efficiency of implementation of the State program the accruing result:
for assessment of achievement of the indicators specified in Items 1, of 2, of the 2-1, 3-7 and 9 appendix 1, the actual and planned measure values for the last year of the analyzed period are compared;
for assessment of achievement of the indicator specified in appendix Item 8 1, the actual measure values by every year of the analyzed period which are compared with the amount of planned values for the same period are summed up;
in case of assessment of achievement of the indicator specified in appendix Item 2-2 1, total values of the actual and planned amounts of financing of actions for support of small and medium entrepreneurship of the analyzed period respectively are compared every year;
for assessment of accomplishment of the actions specified in Items 5, of 6, 8-11, 13, 15-19, 23, of 24, 26-31, 34-39, 42-44 appendices 2, the arithmetic average value of extents of accomplishment of action is calculated every year;
assessment of accomplishment of the actions specified in Items 1-4, 7, of 12, of 14, 20-22, 25, of 32, of 33, 40 and 41 appendices 2, is performed by the last year of the analyzed period.";
1.4. add appendix 5 to this State program with Items 17-1, 24-1-24-3, 27-1, 63-1, 73-1 and 73-2 of the following content:
