1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2001 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out payments from the current (settlement) bank accounts in Belarusian rubles in the priority established by the legislation" the following changes:
to exclude from the name of the word "in Belarusian rubles";
state preamble in the following edition:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

1. This Instruction regulates procedure for carrying out calculations from the current (settlement) bank accounts (further - the current account) in the priority established by the legislation.
For the purposes of this Instruction following terms have the following values:
bank - bank or the non-bank credit and financial organization;
the salary - money on compensation;
the salary within the established minimum - the cash amount specified in paragraph three of subitem 2.1 of the Item 2 procedures of payments between legal entities, individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 359;
the salary within the established minimum in case of restriction of account transactions - the salary within the established minimum, the payments on expense recovery spent by the state for content of the children who are on the state providing;
restriction of account transactions - suspension of account account transactions and (or) seizure of the money which are on the account;
payments in the budget - payments in the budget, the state trust budget and off-budget funds (the taxes, non-tax payments, loans, loans, obligations which arose in case of implementation by the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional, Minsk city, district and city (the cities of regional subordination) executive committees of payments on repayment and servicing of the credits obtained under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and also under the guarantees issued regional, Minsk city, district and city (the cities of regional subordination) by executive committees and percent on them);
payments on account of urgent needs - payments on account of urgent needs at the rate to 20 percent of the money which arrived on current accounts for the last month;
repayment of the bank loan issued on debt repayment on the salary within the established minimum - the payments provided by the paragraph the fourth subitem 2.1 of Item 2 procedures of payments between legal entities, individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus;
the subject of business activity - the legal entity, including bank, separate divisions of the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur, the notary, the lawyer performing lawyer activities individually.
The terms "beneficiary", "claimant", "settlement document" are used in the values determined respectively in paragraphs nine, the tenth and thirty sixth part one of Item 2 of the Instruction on bank transfer approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2001 No. 66.
The terms "money", "compensation", "worker" are used in the values determined respectively in paragraphs the second, tenth and thirteenth part one of Item 2 of the Instruction on procedures for conducting cash transactions and payments with cash approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2019 No. 117.
The term "foreign currency" is used in the value determined in item 4 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control".
