Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2012 No. 33 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use, filling and withdrawal of the book of MDP when moving through the territory of the Republic of Belarus of goods according to the Customs convention of the United Nations about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP (The convention MDP, 1975) of November 14, 1975" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use, filling and withdrawal of the book of MDP";
1.2. state preamble in the following edition:
