About payment of one-time money allowance in connection with the 10 anniversary of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP
For the purpose of ensuring social protection of persons which were injured owing to Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents and in connection with the 10 anniversary of the Chernobyl accident the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Make payment of one-time money allowance to persons injured and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents, injured Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents in the following sizes:
- to disabled people owing to radiation accidents and their effects, to the families which lost the supporter - the participant of liquidation of accident-1000 of som;
- to participants of liquidation of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash in 1986-1987 - 800 som;
- to participants of liquidation of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash in 1988-1989 - 500 som.
2. Determine that payment of one-time money allowance is performed from the republican budget, within the means provided to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment of one-time money allowance in connection with the 10 anniversary of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in full financing of expenses of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic performing payment of one-time money allowance in connection with the 10 anniversary of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP.
