No. 2-3, 27), following amendments and changes:

Article 80 to add 1) with part of the following content:

"(4) concerning the convicts found guilty of making of crimes, connected with corruption and drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, acts of pardon and amnesty are not applied";
