1. This Instruction determines cases and conditions of carrying out identification by users of interbank system (further - users of MSI) procedures of remote identification of clients, their representatives with use of biometric data, and also cases, conditions and procedure for holding procedure of remote updating (updating) for data on clients, their representatives.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction the terms below are used in the following values:
biometric model - set of the signs of biometric sample transformed according to technique of holding procedure of remote identification;
