About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2012 No. 1104

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2012 No. 1104 "About realization of separate provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 91, the Art. 3697) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of November 22, 2018 No. 2617-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of pre-judicial investigation of separate categories of criminal offenses".

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2012 No. 1104

1. In introductory part of the resolution of the word and figures "and Article 168 parts four" shall be replaced with words also in figures ", part four of Article 168 and part one of Article 298-3".

According to the procedure of storage of physical evidences by the party of accusation, their realization, technological conversion, destruction, implementation of the expenses connected with their storage and transfer, safety of temporarily withdrawn property during criminal proceedings, approved by the specified resolution:
